Do I have to migrate anything?
No. Deplium becomes the payer or billing owner on the provider accounts you already have. Resources, regions, IAM and deploy flows stay exactly as they are. If you leave, billing reverts to you at the end of the month.
Where does the discount come from?
Deplium holds committed-use and enterprise agreements with each provider and buys at those rates for all its customers together. It keeps a share of the difference and passes the rest to you. The share is shown on your quote per provider.
Is the saving guaranteed?
No. The providers table shows typical bands per provider. Your quote shows the exact rate for your actual usage over the last three months, which is the number you should compare.
Who owns the provider accounts?
You do. Deplium is the billing owner or payer, not the account owner. Deplium's engineers do not have access to your resources unless you grant it for a specific review.
What happens if Deplium's payment to a provider fails?
Deplium pays providers in advance under its agreements and holds a reserve for exactly this case. Your service is not tied to your payment status with Deplium on a day-to-day basis; overdue accounts follow the notice periods in the terms.
Can I use Deplium for only some of my providers?
Yes. Most customers start with the one or two largest bills and add others later. Each provider is transferred independently.
Which currencies and payment methods do you support?
Statements are in USD or EUR. Verified companies pay by bank transfer on net-30 terms. Card payment is available for the first three months on Pooled.
What is on the waitlist?
Providers where a reseller or enterprise agreement is realistic but not yet signed. For those, Deplium can consolidate the invoice at list price today and moves you to the discounted rate when the agreement is in place.
